SJ+A has developed strategic engagement plans for the Salt Lake City Arts Council and it’s Twilight Concert Series since 2015. Our goals have been to develop and implement communication strategies for their performing arts programs that increase social media engagement and event attendance.

The SJ+A team facilitated strategic planning workshops and a SWOT analysis; developed strategic communication, crisis management, and social media plans; outlined future goals, execution instructions and marketing best practices and implemented a communications intern program. The Salt Lake City Arts Council saw its online presence double and a significant increase in ticket sales in the first year.
